ECLARO Ranks Among Top Global Outsourcing Firms in OA500 2026
We're proud to share that ECLARO has once again been named to the OA500, Outsource Accelerator's Global Outsourcing Firm (BPO) Index of the top outsourcing firms in the world for 2026. It's a recognition we don't take lightly, and one that reflects the trust our clients and team have built with us over the years.
About the OA500

The OA500 is Outsource Accelerator's annual ranking of the world's top outsourcing firms, built from an analysis of more than 3,300 BPOs worldwide. Rather than relying on self-reported numbers, the index draws on public data points like search visibility, LinkedIn presence, employee reviews and other third-party sources to measure a company's prominence and reputation across the industry. It's an independent, data-driven look at who's standing out in a crowded field.
A Look at What Offshore Really Offers
The 2026 Outsource Accelerator list and the research behind it also showcase the broader power of offshore teams in helping businesses of all sizes and industries operate more effectively. It’s not just about cost savings, and the kind of work offshore teams are doing today has moved beyond support roles to become truly transformational.
"We're talking about specialized, technical work across finance, IT and other core functions,” Tom says. “Businesses are finding real depth of talent offshore, and that's opening up new possibilities for how they grow.
"The talent pool in places like the Philippines has become incredibly sophisticated," he continues. “It's engineers, analysts, developers, people doing complex, specialized work as true partners to the businesses they support, not just an extra set of hands."
In addition to that specialized talent, Paul points to the range of industries now benefiting from expanding a workforce offshore. "What stands out to us is how broadly this applies," he says. "Whether it's a startup or a large enterprise, the talent can be built around exactly what a business needs, and it can work whatever shifts clients require,” he says. “That flexibility is a big part of what makes dedicated offshore teams so powerful."
